We're looking for a Solutions Engineer to be the technical bridge between our platform and enterprise customers. You'll lead deployments, integrate with existing systems, and translate customer workflows into working implementations. This role combines technical depth with customer empathy. You'll be on-site understanding how businesses actually operate, then building the configurations and integrations that make our platform deliver real value. - Lead technical implementations for enterprise customers from kickoff to go-live                                                                                                                                  

- Conduct on-site discovery to understand customer workflows, data systems, and requirements                                                                                                                      

- Design and configure deployments tailored to specific customer environments                                                                                                                                      

- Build integrations with existing enterprise systems (databases, APIs, internal tools)                                                                                                                            

- Create documentation, runbooks, and training materials for customer teams                                                                                                                                        

- Serve as the technical point of contact during implementation and early adoption                                                                                                                                

- Capture feedback and requirements to inform product development                                                                                                                                                  

- Collaborate with engineering to resolve technical blockers and edge cases

- 3+ years experience in solutions engineering, technical consulting, or implementation roles                                                                                                                      

- Strong technical skills (comfortable with code, APIs, databases, and infrastructure)                                                                                                                              

- Experience working directly with enterprise customers in a technical capacity                                                                                                                                    

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal                                                                                                                                                          

- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions                                                                                                                                              

- Willingness to travel regularly (30-50%) for customer engagements                                                                                                                                                

- Self-directed problem solver who thrives with autonomy
