Sales Development Representative (K–12 EdTech)

Remote (U.S.); periodic travel for conferences or customer meetings as needed.
About Topia
Topia seeks an Account Executive with 2–5 years of K–12 edtech sales experience to help grow our customer base and support renewals. You’ll manage inbound and outbound pipeline, run demos, close deals, and partner with Customer Success to expand existing relationships.
Position Summary
We’re seeking an experienced SDR (2–4 years). This person will prospect new schools, qualify leads, and help fuel Topia’s growing GTM pipeline. You’ll collaborate directly with leadership and marketing to drive outreach campaigns, book meetings, and support demos.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and reach out to target districts and schools.
- Qualify leads through discovery conversations.
- Set up demos for the AE team.
- Track and report pipeline metrics.
Support campaigns (email, LinkedIn, conferences and events). - Optimize the copy, calls to action, and personas lead to regular pipeline.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of SDR experience in K–12 edtech.
- Proven success generating qualified meetings and managing outreach.
- Experience with CRM and outbound tools.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Hunger to learn AE-level skills and grow within an early-stage team.
