Account Executive (K–12 EdTech) (Remote)

Remote (U.S.); periodic travel for conferences or customer meetings as needed.

Position Summary
Topia seeks an Account Executive with 2–5 years of K–12 edtech sales experience to help grow our customer base and support renewals. You’ll manage inbound and outbound pipeline, run demos, close deals, and partner with Customer Success to expand existing relationships.
Key Responsibilities
  • Own the full sales cycle from lead to close.
  • Conduct discovery, demos, and follow-ups.
  • Partner with CS to identify expansion opportunities.
  • Manage pipeline in HubSpot; maintain stage definitions and accuracy.
    Collaborate with marketing and leadership on campaigns and webinars.
  • Contribute to Topia’s GTM feedback loop (pricing, messaging, product insights).
Qualifications
  • 2–5 years of experience as an AE in K–12 edtech.
  • Proven record selling to principals, superintendents, or district leaders.
  • Comfort working remotely; self-starter with strong communication skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred).
  • Process discipline (MEDDICC/BANT/SPICED or similar) and strong pipeline hygiene.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-moving startup; bias for action and accountability.
